Supernal's office space showcases diligent planning, unwavering commitment, and adept problem-solving. The second phase of the first-floor build-out features meeting spaces, pantries, and modern restrooms. The HITT project team’s primary objective throughout this project was to seamlessly integrate these new additions with the existing first phase to ensure the continuity and aesthetic of the office space. Notable design features, particularly the curved video and serpentine audiovisual walls, were pivotal to the project's success. The HITT project team concentrated on seamlessly integrating the wood platform with the existing elements during the initial phase. Coordinating the radius of the serpentine wall involved aligning millwork and light fixtures. Additionally, the team integrated fabric panels and curved TVs, addressing audiovisual considerations for the curved wall, which necessitated precise alignment of drywall and paneling, alongside installing a glass piece. Through close collaboration with subcontractors, HITT ensured that structural requirements aligned with the desired aesthetics, particularly in achieving precise radii for the audiovisual wall through meticulous on-site coordination. Since the client already occupied the first floor, minimizing disruption was a top priority for the HITT team. The HITT team informed Supernal and the reception team during construction, carefully scheduling our activities to align with their operational requirements. This proactive approach ensured a smooth workflow and minimized any inconvenience to the client's ongoing operations, highlighting our commitment to delivering exceptional results while prioritizing client satisfaction. Additionally, the HITT team coordinated with client consultants based in California, presenting a unique hurdle. Our team facilitated clear and constant communication, overcoming geographical barriers and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Despite these challenges, our team showcased resilience and adaptability, meeting the completion date without compromising quality or safety standards.
