As is often the case with large office spaces, the project's success hinged on meticulous upfront work, including infrastructure rough-ins and the precise coordination of furniture, AV, LV, IT, and supplemental mechanical units. Notably, navigating nearly 100 core drill locations, with half situated above M&T Bank offices, required careful planning and execution. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of the project, with digital room schedulers mounted to almost every office's glass frame and the vast majority of the space required extensive floor leveling for the demountable glass partitions, as well as the request for a “perfectly level conference room area." Even with the owner CM and design team being based out of New Your City, all the changes, RFI’s, and special requests, were all successfully communicated to the field and executed without a hitch. The architect punched a week early and the project was deemed an overwhelming success by all parties involved."
