Balfour Beatty completed major renovations of an existing 5,580-square-foot Walgreens retail space into a new Citibank. The exterior project scope included partial roof replacement, building envelope renovation with new curtainwall system, exterior sidewalk/landscaping. The interior scope included renovation with new rooftop HVAC units, lighting fixture, fire alarm, HVAC control, USG acoustical ceiling system, and demountable partition.
