Story

The scope of work included demolition of existing Etihad Business class lounge space and transition the space into a new 2 level Chase Sapphire Lounge.  Project comprises of high-end finishes including Tambour wall panels from Sweden and Carvart glass. Project features new Chase signature bar with overhang canopy. Other areas included new bar lounge, working lounge, dining, mezzanine level, full cooking kitchen, concierge area and restrooms. Working in an active airport always has its unique challenges but our team specializes in this and has extensive experience in building high-end airport lounges. Patner was the General Contractor that had previously renovated the space for Etihad so coming back to transform it into a Chase Lounge felt very rewarding for the services we provide to our customers.
