Factoring in a resume with extensive experience in the concrete tilt-up industry, R.W. Murray Co. was selected by Cambria DC Holdings, LLC to construct their new 25,000 SF Build-to-Suit warehouse and showroom in Manassas, VA. R.W. Murray Co.'s scope of work for this single-story, concrete tilt-up warehouse included earthwork, utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, light gauge framing, exterior and interior finishes and MEP. The interior layout was sectioned into a 20,000 SF warehouse for product storage and a 5,000 SF area used for offices and a sales showroom. Materials utilized within the interior included sealed concrete, carpet, ceramic tile and Cambria quartz countertops. This shell-building project marked the first partnership between Cambria, the industry-leading innovator in the production of engineered quartz surfaces, and R.W. Murray Co. The Cambria legacy of "never settling for good enough" is an excellent match with the expertise brought by the R.W. Murray Co. team. The completed facility is a testament to superior work, strategic communication and effective project management.
