Story

This expansive project entailed a full-floor buildout featuring two spec suites, two new tenant suites, and an amenity area complete with a communal pantry, seating area, conference room, and single-use restrooms. Additionally, the project involved the renovation of two elevator lobbies and a common corridor. Throughout the duration of the project, both elevator lobbies and the connecting common corridor remained accessible to the public, underscoring our commitment to minimal disruption and tenant satisfaction.
