New construction of a seven story mixed-use building located across the street from MSU’s campus and Spartan Stadium. The Residences is the tallest building in downtown Lansing.

With the ground floor reserved for HopCat, the famous Michigan brewery and pub, the remaining six stories house one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. A masonry exterior, crowned with metal paneling, gives the finished product a look that is both modern and classic.
