Story

Wolverine completed a large renovation project at 50 Monroe in downtown Grand Rapids. With office space on the upper floors, a portion of the project consisted of adding a restaurant to the lower level. All interior and exterior work for a T.G.I. Friday's was completed, including the construction of kitchen facilities, a waiting area, bar area, several dining areas and restrooms.
