St. Anne Lofts is the new construction of a four-story, 31-unit mixed use student housing and retail development.  The 44,000 sq. ft. building, located two blocks from the Michigan State University campus, is attached to an existing parking ramp in a highly dense commercial district.  

The apartments feature high-end finishes with an open layout and a luxurious feel.  A community lounge with a kitchen and big-screen television and a fitness center are available for the residents.
