Repeat client Darden contracted Wolverine to complete these major interior remodels of existing Red Lobster restaurants. The stores, which range in square footage from 7,300-8,400, received new HVAC systems, modifications to their fire sprinkler systems, new lighting, new floors, walls, seating, bar area, and décor. The projects also included façade upgrades.

In order to complete these fast-track projects on schedule, Wolverine oversaw three shifts of trade workers for the duration of each. Much of the work was completed while the restaurants remained open and serving customers.
