New construction of a 10,000 square foot, 5 tenant retail center, constructed by Wolverine Building Group on the site of the Ramada Plaza Hotel at 28th Street and the East Beltline.
The retail center was constructed using conventional wood-framing with a masonry and EIFS exterior to blend the shopping center with the adjacent hotel.
