Story

Porter Hills Retirement Apartments was designed for luxurious semi-assisted retirement living. The 72 units were individually customized. Support facilities include more than 150 underground parking spaces, main street shopping and eating in an elevated courtyard.
A two-story Wellness Center was also constructed consisting of nearly 12,000 square feet. The facility provides a therapy room, exercise and aerobic rooms and a pool and spa for tenants' use.
