Wolverine's team converted a vacant Farmer Jack grocery into the upscale Neiman's Family Market. After stripping the building down to a shell, we re-built the interior, with all new paint, flooring, ceilings, lighting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and a fresh new facade.
