Story

This project consisted of moving a Michaels retail store from its previous location on the west side of Alpine in Grand Rapids to a newer, more spacious location down the street.  Wolverine provided a complete remodel of the new space, including installation of structural steel, HVAC, fire alarms, fire suppression and replacing the ceilings and tile.  The facade received new EIFS and a remodeled storefront.  All of the renovations were in full compliance with ADA standards.
