Story

Using a Design/Build approach, Wolverine constructed a new industrial facility for Masterpiece Flower Company. The 65,000 square foot building was completed using a pre-engineered steel building system.
The facility consisted of 7,000 square feet of finished office space, a 42,000 square foot cross-dock distribution and warehouse area, , and a 16,000 square foot controlled environment cooler for freshly cut flowers.
