Wolverine Building constructed a new office facility for The Lighthouse Group using a Design/Build approach. Wolverine Building's main focus throughout the project was to provide The Lighthouse Group with a functional, yet modern facility that would easily meet their needs with an overall sense of quality and value.

The building was constructed using conventional steel with a brick exterior, aluminum fascia panels, and membrane roof. It consists of 15,000 square feet of space including a large reception and waiting area, individual offices, meeting rooms, and employees' lounge. Features include a full glass perimeter to allow for the flow of natural light; a combination ceiling of stainless steel and drop-ins; a fully-equipped exercise room and spacious restrooms that have floor to ceiling tiling.
