Fryling Construction., a Grand Rapids-based general contractor, is pleased to announce the recent completion of a 10,000 square foot addition to Lakeshore Lutheran Fellowship Church located at 16790 Van Wagoner Road in Spring Lake.

"The project came to us over budget with a larger building than was needed immediately. We used a design build team approach with W.L. Perry Associates to value engineer a quality masonry building with a wood truss roof that met their needs for the money they had to spend that was easily expandable," said Garry Hart, Project Manager for Fryling Construction.

The additional space is made up of a 460 seat multi-purpose room, exterior entry way, main lobby, and restrooms.  The addition was constructed using masonry walls that reached 44’ in height with 64’ scissor trusses. Split face concrete blocks were used for the exterior to closely match the building materials used in the original church building.
