Wolverine’s team was contracted to bring HopCat, one of Grand Rapids’ favorite brew pubs, to downtown East Lansing.

Located in the ground floor of the Residences, HopCat brings high-quality beer as well as unique and stylish decor to the East Lansing scene. The 8,400 SF restaurant utilizes re-purposed materials for a stylish look and minimal environmental impact. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample daylighting.
