Wolverine’s team oversaw a major construction project for the West Michigan headquarters of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. This project includes the demolition of a 140,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, the new construction of a 100,000 sq. Dr Pepper Distribution facility, and the renovation of 30,000 sq. ft. of office space.
