Grand Rapids, MI – (November 23, 2004) Wolverine Building, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of Delta Imports, a new car dealership on 28th St. SE in Cascade Township. The dealership features vehicles from Subaru, Audi and Porsche.

Using conventional steel, Wolverine Building constructed a 22,200 square foot addition to an existing pre-engineered building. The dealership consists of individual offices, showroom space, lounge areas and a large service area in the rear of the building. Wolverine Building was hired as the general contractor along with Concept Design Group as the architect to successfully complete the project. In addition to Delta Imports, the team has also just begun renovation work on the East Nissan Dealership in Kentwood for D.P. Fox Ventures.

The project consists of a partial demolition of the existing building and the creation of a new 2,500 square foot service area entrance, relocation of the customer lounge, additional offices, complete renovation of the interior spaces and a total exterior face life to reflect the latest Nissan corporate image.
