Story

Construction of a 8.5 acre and 96 unit senior housing development in the Delhi Township area, located on Cedar Park Boulevard. The single building contains 95,000 square feet with several common areas throughout for residence.  Common areas include meeting rooms, gathering area and common kitchens. The units available range from one-bedroom apartments with 635 square feet to two-bedroom units with 840 square feet.  Site work for the project included a parking lot with carports, landscaping and irrigation.

Delhi Stratford was constructed with the help of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.  The project was completed on time in spite of unresolved storm sewer issues that we were made aware of after starting the project.
