This new three-story apartment building is a new addition to the Delaware Manor affordable senior housing complex.  

Delaware Heights and Delaware Manor provide a vibrant and lively community with a variety of unique amenities.  Delaware’s residents enjoy computer classes, a library, a community garden, and weekly deliveries of fresh produce. 

The 26 living units in Delaware Heights have several different floor plans, many of which are fully accessible for residents with disabilities.  Each floor of the building has a community room.  Residents can walk to Delaware Manor for meals and visiting by way of an enclosed pedestrian walkway. 

The 35,550 sq. ft. project was subsidized by HUD financing.
