Story

Wolverine Building Group remodeled the Van Osdel Dormitory for Cornerstone University. The Van Osdel Dormitory is a 3-story, residence hall with 10,000 square feet. It has a core area in the center of the building with two wings of student housing units extending out.

The design/build project includes technology upgrades, enhancement of the mechanical system and conversion of an open area into twelve additional dormitory spaces.
