New construction of two three-story student housing complexes located three blocks from the University of Michigan’s campus. The project includes 12 six-bedroom units, and totals 65,000 square feet.   

Situated a block away from downtown Ann Arbor, City Place was a challenging project on a tight site area.  This fast-track project was completed on a compressed schedule.   Wolverine’s superintendent went from framing to finish in five months, while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

With granite throughout, other high-end finishes, and a full generator, City Place is one of the most luxurious student housing projects that Wolverine has completed.
