Wolverine’s team recently completed this luxury addition to Burton Ridge apartment complex.  This project consisted of the ground-up construction of one 13,000 sq. ft., six-unit apartment building; one 7,500 sq. ft. four-unit apartment building; and a 3,500 sq. ft., 14-stall parking garage.  

Secluded in a wooded corner of Southeast Grand Rapids, Burton Ridge is close to the city yet shielded from traffic noise and activity.  The beautiful apartments feature stylish, high-end finishes and amenities such as stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, porches, and attached garages.
