Story

Using a Design/Build approach, Wolverine built a new, 30,000 square foot Americinn Hotel with 53 overnight lodging units. The building itself was constructed of precast concrete with a stone and hardiplank exterior.
Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted with an inviting lobby with a T&G ceiling and stone fireplace. The T&G ceiling was also used in the 3,100 square foot pool area that included a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub. There are a variety of standard rooms and suites, including some with whirlpools and fireplaces.
