Story

The Abbot Manor remodel included 8,000 square foot converstion of commercial space into residentail apartments. The building formerly served as Woodside Manor, a mixed office and apartment building.

Wolverine renovated the first floor of the building from office space into four new apartments. The existing apartments occupying the second and third floor underwent several  interior upgrades to the corridors and stairwells. The exterior of building was also renovated into a more inviting and updated appearance.

Located just a few blocks from the Michigan State University campus, the new apartment serves the growing need for student housing in East Lansing, MI.
