SpringHill Suites of Frankenmuth was constructed using the Wolgast Phased Design/Build delivery method.  This handsome structure is a 43,000 S.F., three-story hotel.  The exterior is composed of EIFS and cultured stone.  The hotel is comprised of approximately sixty guest rooms and suites.  To accomodate extended stay travelers, there is an executive suite with kitchen and fireplace.  The hotel also boasts a conference/hospitality room, outside patio, surround sound television in the common area, fitness center, game room and indoor pool area with sauna and continental breakfast bar.
