Story

This structure was designed and constructed by Wolgast Corporation to meet the demands of a very busy pediatric clinic in Saginaw, Michigan.  Faced with a tight time line and budget, a team of Wolgast professionals was formed to work with the client to capture all of the needs and requirements for their new home.

This practice sees a high volume of patients among its four practitioners and needed to be very efficient in space utilization.  Each exam room is decorated in a different children’s theme with wide hall ways and a “race track” layout.

To maximize the site, we designed meeting and staff space in the upstairs of this building.
