Story

The True North Building, 607 Dewey, NW, is located in the Furniture District Renaissance Zone adjacent to I-196. The brick and timber building was the former site of a window distributorship. True North is renovating the structure and transforming it into a showcase for alternative energy and cutting-edge design. A new third floor which will house True North's corporate office will bring to eye level several examples of green building and alternative energy for motorists passing on I-196.
