Story

The Southwood Elementary project in Kentwood included 22,708 square feet of renovations and 9,250 square feet of additions. Six classrooms were added on the south side of the building and one classroom was replaced. Space was added for greater visibility of the office and student services areas on the west side of the building. The electrical and mechanical systems were upgraded and student capacity was increased by 125 students.
