3 Lacks Patient Floor Renovation

This project is a renovation of 27,327 sf on the third floor of the Lacks Cancer Center. The new patient rooms were specifically designed and equipped for care of elderly patients. Each patient room will be equipped with an overhead lift for moving and positioning patients.

Saint Mary’s Health Care, Progressive AE and Triangle collaborated on a custom design for patient room head walls which provides a less institutional and more aesthetic feeling. Interior finishes for the rooms and corridors correspond to the special requirements of the elderly.

5th Floor Physician Sleep Suite

The project includes new finishes for a portion of fifth floor of the hospital to convert part of a patient floor to a physician sleep suite. The project includes minor renovations and new finishes in 18 patient rooms.

Education Center

Renovation of 5,885 sf on the third floor of the Medical Office Building. This employee training area includes classrooms and training stations.
