Triangle provided design/build services on this medical office addition project in Muskegon. A portion of the existing facility was demolished and a new 10,000 sf addition was completed. During the project, Triangle established a close relationship with the facility operators, allowing for an efficient construction process. Early evaluation of the project in pre-planning allowed our team to identify the opportunity of an accelerated schedule. The project finished five months ahead of the original schedule.

One of the greatest challenges for this project was to complete the construction during on-going operations and to accommodate building occupants with work areas while they were temporarily relocated. The clinic remained open during construction due to careful monitoring of the site specific safety and phasing plans.
