Story

This unique 124,000 square-foot project combines four buildings along Monroe Avenue and provides a series of storefronts tied together with a historic appearance. A four-story, 8,000 square-foot atrium is the focal point of the major restoration effort, connecting the Ledyard Building on Monroe Avenue with the Ledyard Building on Ottawa Avenue.

The building is on the National Register of Historic Places. All work was approved through the local historic commission and the National Registry.
