Story

The project, being developed by CWD Real Estate Investment, is planned for the corner of 44th St. and Ivanrest, near Rivertown Crossings Mall. It involves three separate buildings and over 200,000 sq ft and will be completed in phases with the $7.7 million Phase I work beginning in September of 2011.

The retail center will include major site development work, new anchor store pad and adjacent retail space. Future phases will include additional retail center buildings, stand-alone out lots and an athletic center.
