Story

The main floor and lower level of the Goodrich Building was completely renovated for commercial tenants, Senior Neighbors, Inc. The renovation included the installation of a new commercial kitchen, a large dining room and an activity area on the main level. The lower level features a finished recreation center.

Updates to the fire protection and mechanical systems were performed in all areas.

Senior Neighbors Inc. is a 501(c)3 agency which promotes the health and well-being of Kent County’s older adults.
