Story

The East Paris Office building is a highly visible property located between the I-96 and East Paris corridors. The three-story facility offers spaces to multiple office tenants.

The front entry welcomes visitors into an open atrium lobby, which spans the space connecting the upper floors. This offers tenants the opportunity for individual suite access. A partial lower level opens onto a patio and garden area.

In addition to acting as a construction manager, Triangle had an active role as part of the development team and a major equity stakeholder.
