Story

The Weller Manufacturing facility in Wyoming, Michigan is located at 1500 Gezon Parkway. The first phase of this 19 acre industrial campus was built in 2000.  It was a 112,000 s.f. truck transmission remanufacturing facility and a 16,000 s.f. R & D and service building.  A 53,000 s.f. expansion including five indoor and six exterior loading docks was built in 2005 as Phase II.

In 2011, a Phase III construction project was begun.  It consisted of a 30,000 s.f. addition to the remanufacturing facility and a 75,000 s.f. transmission core processing and parts building with an additional four truck docks.

TAG designed two other facilities for Weller Manufacturing.  One in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and one in Nashville, Tennessee.
