Swanson Rink provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for 165,000 square foot of space. The facility consists of office, warehouse assembly, and manufacturing areas.

The project entailed reconfiguration of the existing building HVAC system and an extensive compressed air piping system for use in the manufacturing processes, as well as upgraded electrical supply and distribution systems.

The design also included 10,000 square foot office occupancy tenant finish and exterior on-grade platforms for the dust collectors and make up air units. Extensive coordination with the process equipment suppliers providing the manufacturing equipment was also needed to ensure the success of the project.
