Twelve story bank & office building that was origionally built in the late 1960's. Mechanical systems for renovation include the replacement of the existing steam absorbtion chillers, renovation of the chilled water and condensor water systems to include variable speed pumping and enthalpy based cooling tower fan control as well as new DDC air handling system controls for the main air house which serve the majority of the building. The HVAC improvements have been installed and are currently saving approximately $210,000 annually.
