Renovation of office space in an existing two story office building built in the 1950's. This project was certified under the LEED Core and Shell rating system. Requirements of this certification include earning a minimum of 2 points under EAc1 energy efficiency. Improvements to the building include replacing single pane glass on the north elevation and replacing old rooftop and split system air conditioners with new, high efficiency systems. The baseline building showed a 14.5% energy cost savings over the baseline case. This project also renovated all bathroom fixtures with new low consumption fixtures.
