The Grand Haven Cottages are a small residential development located between Harbor Drive and Lafayette Street in downtown Grand Haven, Michigan.

The 33,000 square foot 10 building development includes 5 single family cottages, 4 duplexes, and a clubhouse building with 6 condos and 4 cabanas.  The development boasts village-like features such as picket fencing, a central pool, and walking paths. Each building features its own unique exterior architecture and coloring, garage with snow melt system drive and community provided exterior maintenance and yard work.
