Story

As part of a larger plan to renovate residence halls, Hillsdale choose Olds Suites to receive the first remodel. Built-ins were replaced with modular furniture, giving the students the ability to create their own personal way of residing. The rooms were brightened up with fresh paint and new carpet. The remodel included 44 suites of 225 square feet each.
