Clark on Keller Lake is a phased development of 86 independent living town homes on 34 acres. The site opportunities included wooded areas abutting a small lake. The site design and building design utilize the lake, woods, and the natural settings to integrate reasonable density and economic viability. In addition to view and access from the living units, the site also includes walking trails and seating areas so that all residents can enjoy the passive beauty of the natural areas.
