Demo 68,000 sq. ft. existing roof down to concrete deck
Temporarily dry-in roof at the end of each day
Disconnect, raise and reconnect existing RTU’s to flash in existing curbs
Disconnect lighting protection components in each work area each day leaving lighting protection functional during the course of project
Recertify lighting protection system at project completion
Install 68,000 sq. ft. of new roofing system
Install walk pads at RTU’s
Cap existing roof drains
Install all wood blocking, aluminum flashing and downspouts
