Story

Renovation of existing warehouse / office space to an elite fitness center. Project included:
Exterior landscaping, brickpavers, awnings, new roof and concrete steps, and  modified two existing storefront entrances. Demolition of the interior began with the concrete floor and underground piping for showers, restrooms and locker rooms.
Finishes included cabinetry, insulation doors and hardware, interior wall glazing, drywall, framing, painting, flooring, mirrors, specialty acoustical  as well as other acoustical ceilings.
