This 18,568 s.f. 3-story senior housing project features (2) 21 unit wings built around a core entry element that features a mid-level entry featuring offices, elevator, a large kitchen and dining area and other amenities such as game rooms, library, and a variety of other public areas. Omega Architects positioned the building as such to allow for a drop-off mid level canopy in the front, a mid level access in the back and daylight windows throughout the lower level. The unique, yet modular plan, allows for a flexible combination of large one and two bedroom units, all with full kitchens and one or two full bathrooms and exterior balconies.
