This speculative design venture illustrates the type of care and design consideration Omega Architects often provides to our established clients in order to properly assist them in determining the development potential of a site and help them secure a commission.  The site had an array of physical and zoning constraints that dictated design and driveway locations.  Omega Architects provided different site designs for one dual occupant restaurant, a three party building, two separate buildings, and a new building with a shared access driveway and shared parking with an existing adjacent building.  In this instance, Omega also produced a potential exterior design concept to further help sell the design.
