Story

The owner of this downtown deli wished to expand and renovate its space in the historic Flat Iron Building. Omega Architects, working hand-in-hand with their structural engineering consultant, helped the owner determine which existing bearing walls could most economically be removed and floors above re-supported and still accommodate the owner's need for more waiting and dining area, as well as improved customer and kitchen flow.
