This project is a shining example of Omega's ability to understand building sitting and traffic flow and maximize each on a site with multiple restrictions. The project scope involved the removal of an existing multi-lane drive-up bank and it's replacement with a Subway restaurant requiring a drive-up window. The seller also required the buyer to continue to accommodate a drive-up ATM kiosk on-site. The design resolved all these issues, while meeting all parking and sub-grade storm water detention requirements. The building design features earth-tone brick and cmu, strip windows, and Subway's colorful awnings.
